At MAA Women’s Health in Cumming, Georgia, Padmavathi Pagadala, MD, provides expert and compassionate OB-GYN care for patients ages 12 and older. Dr. Pagadala and the team support women at every stage of life with advanced diagnostics, treatments, and preventive care.

We address abnormal Pap smears, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, and ongoing gynecological conditions. In-office services include endometrial biopsy, gynecological ultrasound, fibroid treatment, hysteroscopy, IUD placement and removal, and menopause management. When necessary, Dr. Pagadala performs laparoscopic surgery and hysterectomies.

Pregnancy services include prenatal care, support for high-risk and abnormal pregnancies, and management of vaginal and cesarean deliveries, along with confidential STI testing and treatment.
